About the Program
The Unlocking Opportunities program aims to empower young people with disabilities (mostly young women, aged 18–40) to participate in the economy through entrepreneurship, skills training, and employment. It recognizes that people with disabilities often face delays in education and career development, so it offers tailored support based on individual abilities and goals. The program is training young people in technical and entrepreneurial skills, support small businesses, and helping them transition into jobs through internships and placements, while also promoting innovation in digital accessibility and assistive technology
