About the Program

This program supports young people, especially young women, in creating dignified, fulfilling work opportunities in the agribusiness sector. It focuses on the aggregation and marketing of farm produce.

Young people are trained and empowered to become entrepreneurs, enabling them to start and grow businesses across various value chains, including vegetables, cereals, milk, and fruits.

The program follows a structured model comprising production sites, aggregation centres, and clear marketing pathways. Through this approach, participants are better positioned to access expanded opportunities for job creation and sustainable livelihoods.
The program started in 2024 and will run until 2026.

Who qualifies?
The program is open to young women and men (aged 18-35 years) with a passion for success in these three counties, Kajiado, Makueni and  Murang’a. Young women are encouraged to apply.

Implementing Partner
Arabuko Limited is a local Youth-led organization, led and managed by a young woman. The organization has over four years of experience driving agricultural and environmental change to improve lives.
