ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The program empowers young people in remote and underserved communities to access digital skills, training, and career opportunities through a structured, tech-enabled learning pathway.
Implemented by Learning Lions, the program equips youth with foundational, intermediate, and advanced digital skills using a flexible and inclusive curriculum delivered through mobile and campus-based models. Participants gain competencies in digital literacy, technology, creative and human‑centered careers, sales, and entrepreneurship, preparing them for employment, self‑employment, and further learning.
The program integrates innovative learning methodologies, peer-led instruction, and ongoing career support through digital platforms. It also provides access to safe learning infrastructure, mentorship, and post-training support to enable sustained skills application and economic participation.
Special focus is placed on young women, refugees, and youth with disabilities, ensuring that marginalized groups benefit from digital opportunities and are supported to overcome social, geographic, and economic barriers to participation.
